How to transfer Bitcoin from my exchange account to my Self-Custody account?

Please notice that 'Offline Storage' must be disabled before receiving Bitcoin. You can find more information here.

  1. To log in, please navigate to the login page.
  2. Please open your exchange account and log in.
  3. On your dashboard, please click on ‘Receive’ to copy your wallet address.
  4. Once a transaction has been successfully executed to your Self-Custody account, this transaction will be visible on your timeline.
