A transaction could not be confirmed by a co-signer
One of the reasons why a transaction may not be confirmed by a co-signer is that the request for signing the transaction has expired. This means that the request was not approved within the designated time frame, which is 24 hours. After this time, a new request must be made in order to start the signing process again. It is important to note that every request to sign a transaction or to disable Offline Storage must be approved within 24 hours. This time frame is in place to ensure that all parties involved have ample time to review and approve the request. If the request is not approved within 24 hours, it will expire and a new request must be made. Please contact our support team if you have any questions or you need any additional information.
